On 31/07/18 we had the pleasure of having Dave Goodwin,Dawn and their Revolution
Stunts team visit us on the Isle of Harris as our main attraction for our annual Agriculture Show.The team firstly had to travel the length of the country to get to us but from the outset this was not a problem for them.,having to take ferries etc to get to us,and then having to stay on our island for several days.
We found Dave and his team an absolute pleasure to have as our guests,they explained before hand exactly what they would do and anything they required of us.
Unfortunately the actual day of the show was some of the worst weather we have ever had for our show in 20 years but this did not upset Dave and his team in any way,they proceeded to do their performances in a professional and safe manner despite the weather,needless to say the crowd stayed all day!
Safety was very much part of the teams agenda and with this in mind Dave explained that there would be parts of the planned performance that would not be carried out for H&S reasons for the team and the crowd,as organisers we were very happy that Dave had H&S at the forefront of his performance and reduced any liability on our part.
The show itself was fab ,entertaining,daring,funny and above all great family entertainment.The team prepared the cars we supplied themselves before the show and as we were using a football field we were worried about them leaving damage and debris on it but we were assured a clear up operation would be done and so it was leaving the field immaculate and ready for sports use the next day,I have to say we were very impressed with the professionalism that this was done with and most of all Dave and the team did what the said they would do,brilliant.
Dave and the team are genuinely lovely people,hard working talented and very professional and I have no doubt that they will be revisiting this area of the country to do more shows on the back of their last performance.
Their professionalism and honesty is really what impressed us about Dave and Dawn and we would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone that wants a good honest job done ,let me say again it was an absolute pleasure.
